Lesbian Lovers How to Tell If Two Girls are More Than Friends

Want to make a move on a girl, but you're just not sure whether that's her friend or if they are lesbian lovers. You don't know until you try.

There are times when I've been at the club and guys have asked me if I'm with my friend or not. Well, obviously, she's standing right beside me, but no, we're not lesbian lovers.

For me, it was pretty obvious. However, for many people, they're not able to tell the difference between friends and lovers. And nowadays, there are so many types of relationships and sexual preferences, so I can understand why people are unsure.

How to tell if they're lesbian lovers

But, with that being said, you don't have to spend the rest of your life in agony, trying to figure out someone's sexual preference. There are signs you should know that helps you figure out whether someone is available or not.

Don't worry, I'm going to let you in on them. Maybe, while you read this, you'll remember some scenario in your head that makes you think, oooooohhhhh so that's what it was. Exactly. So, let's not waste any more time.

Not like you need to know, but, it helps any unnecessary rejection.

#1 You feel it. You can literally feel it when two people are more than just friends. It's a feeling you can't describe, but you just know they slept together, regardless of their sexual orientation.

Maybe it's the energy between them, the way that they look at each other. But you know, oh, you know. If you feel it, more likely than not, you're right. So, follow the gut instinct because it's usually never wrong.

#2 Their body language. Are they standing close to each other? Touching each other's arms? Brushing hair out of each other's faces? You can tell everything about two people by their body language. Though, many of us ignore the signs.

If you're unsure if they're lovers or not, look at the way they talk to each other, how they look at each other. Ignore what they say, unless they tell you they're lovers. Then, well, it's obvious.

#3 They never look at you, if you're a guy. If you're a guy and two women don't acknowledge you, it could be that they aren't attracted to you. Either because they're lesbians or you're simply not their type. Sorry to break it to ya. But really, watch them and if they don't bat an eye at any guy walking by, they're not into guys.

#4 Where are you? Are you at a gay bar or in a library? If you're at a gay bar, then you shouldn't  have too difficult of a time figuring out who's in a relationship and who's single. If you're single and they're single, trust me, you'll know very quickly.

If two women at the gay bar sit together, staring longingly into each other's eyes, well, you're out of luck. Make sure you figure out the setting you're in. That way, you have an easier time figuring it out.

#5 Protectiveness when you approach them. Depending on the type of relationship they have, one of the women may be more protective than the other.

If you approach them and one of the women is very protective and on guard, this is a sign you should probably abort the mission and try to hit on some other women. Don't take it personally, they're just claiming their territory.

#6 They tell you. If you approach them and one of them tells you they're together, this is the easiest way to figure it out. I mean, you don't have to worry about rejection, they're not interested in any guy! If anything, they did you a favor rather than to tease and flirt with you.

Respect the fact they told you and continue you with your night. There are plenty of other women who are available.

#7 There's PDA. This is the bullseye! No one engages in public displays of affection if there isn't some sort of sexual connection. So, if you see two women holding hands, caressing, or kissing each other unless you're at some frat party, it's safe to assume they're lovers.

Don't be the person to point it out, just let them do their thing. Free love, people!

#8 They're reclusive. If two girls stand in the corner of the room, facing each other, and separated from the crowd, it doesn't necessarily mean they're lesbian lovers. However, they're not interested in mingling with anyone else.

To figure out if they're together, look at their body language as well. But couples usually pair off and stick together when they're at social engagements.

#9 They're friendly but not that friendly. If you really use your charm and throw all you got at some girl with nothing happening, she's not impressed. Now, if some chick comes up beside her and stares at you, it's safe to say she's taken.

Regardless of sexual orientation, if someone is friendly but not engaging in conversation with you, it's safe to say that they're not interested whether it's because she's taken or you're just not funny.

#10 They don't respond to your advances. Chatting with two girls, but when it comes to asking one of them out, she doesn't move with your advances. It could be a variation of things. Maybe she's simply not interested because she has a boyfriend or maybe the chick standing beside her is a girlfriend/lover.

Again, the only real way you know is by paying attention to their body language. Do they stand extremely close together? Or do they touch each other subtly? These little things are hard to notice. If you pay attention, you see they're more than just friends.

Now that you know how to figure if two women are lesbian lovers, save yourself from rejection. But you never know what people are looking for until you approach them.
