8 Reasons Blac Chyna Will Win Her Lawsuit Against The Kardashians and 8 Reasons She Won't

Let's rewind back to early 2013 when Kim Kardashian and Blac Chyna were BFFs. Kim was so close to Chyna she even invited her and then-fiancee, rapper Tyga, to watch her tie the knot with Kanye West. Then things took a turn for the worse - Chyna and Tyga split, Tyga hooked up with Kylie Jenner and Kim gave her former bestie the brush off. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and the Kardashian-Jenner family soon realized this when Chyna snared the attention and affection of their brother, Rob. After dating for just a few months, Chyna fell pregnant and pro-created the youngest of the Kardashian dynasty when she welcomed a daughter, Dream, into the world.

Now, news has broken this week that Chyna is suing the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan. Her legal team confirmed to the BBC that she has named Kris Jenner, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner in her lawsuit - claiming she suffered assault, battery, domestic violence and harassment at the hands of her ex-fiance and that his family members used "their fame, wealth, and power to exact revenge on her, 's***-shaming' her and sabotaging the recommissioning of her own reality TV show Rob & Chyna for a second series."

In what is set to be one of the most publicized court trials in recent history, we are going to take a look at the reasons why Chyna could walk away with millions in damages and reasons why she could end up not getting a dime. Everyone pick a side because things are about to get seriously messy.

16 WILL: They Sabotaged Her Show 'Rob & Chyna' And Lost Her Millions

Despite a very public breakup, Chyna still believes she would have landed secured at least another year in reality television is the Kardashians had not sabotaged her plans. According to Chyna's legal team, "(The Kardashians) decided to start a war by trashing her online repeatedly, so it's on… and we are going to vigorously fight for Chyna in this case."

They told US Weekly, "It's not just she lost a lot of income by not getting season two or all the other seasons that would've followed, it's the endorsement deals, it's the appearances fees, promotion of her products." Adding, "This is how reality shows can become very lucrative, and the Kardashian family knows well because they have exploited the economic benefits of reality TV better than anyone. They knew what they were depriving Chyna of.”

15 WON'T: The Real Reason The Show Ended Was Due To Poor Ratings

The real truth behind the Rob and Chyna not being reviewed for the second season is that even the birth of baby Dream Kardashian couldn't save the parents from poor ratings. The show had been averaging 1.2 million viewers per episode, but this gradually dipped to less than 900,000 per episode towards the end of the seven-part series.

Television critics David Schilling wrote in The Guardian that Rob and Chyna's series was "the saddest show on TV." He described, "The format of this painfully dull show is identical to the other outposts of the Kardashian empire: interminable scenes of people driving luxury cars on featureless freeways, sitting around kitchens not eating cheese plates, or folding clothes for a business trip that may or may not ever happen. Plug sad-eyed agoraphobe Rob Kardashian into this format and you have a cure for insomnia so potent, the Food and Drug Administration should regulate it." Ouch.

14 WILL: She Was A Victim Of Rob's Rage And Has A Witness

In her lawsuit, Chyna accuses Rob of physically assaulting her. Chyna claims Rob attacked launched his attack in front of her 4-year-old son King Cairo when she was trying to call Tyga to collect his son. The suit reads, "(Rob) immediately grabbed the phone from her hand and violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees." Rob “lost all control" and "tore the hinges off of (Chyna's) bedroom door." She added, "Rob hit me on the side, knocking me down and leaving a bruise. I had difficulty walking after that. Chyna then hid in the bathroom closet with her son to keep safe.

Chyna's lawyer Lisa Bloom stated, "Domestic violence is wrong and illegal. We will aggressively prosecute this case until we get justice." Adding, "“Frankly, she did not want to go to the police about the father of her baby. She has been attempting to work this out. We thought we had an agreement, but he continued to come after her. It's very disappointing, so she feels she needs to stand up for her rights… and I support her in that.”

13 WON'T: He Claims She Was The Real Aggressor

According to Rob, he was attacked by Chyna and it was not the other way around like she claims. Sources close to the family told TMZ that Chyna was out drinking "morning to night" just months after giving birth to Dream. She then invited a private dancer back to their home and Rob became angry as he was the one left babysitting whilst she partied late into the night. The report alleges that after Rob kicked out the dancer, she began hitting him and throwing things.

In a countersuit filed by Rob, it claims, "(Chyna) broke a door, damaged the walls, destroyed cell phones, and damaged a TV" in a house Kylie was renting causing $100,000 in damages. Rob's lawyer said, "We have witness statements and other evidence which will demonstrate conclusively that it is Chyna - not Rob - who is the violent and aggressive abuser." Reports added that Chyna laid into Rob calling him "lazy," "fat" and "insecure." It is also believed that Rob has home surveillance which shows Chyna launching a physical attack on him.

12 WILL: She Is The Victim Of Rob's Brutal Picture Leak

Following a row with Chyna, Rob went online and leaked very graphic and private images of his ex. The shocking, intimate pictures were uncensored and his Instagram account was suspended. Distributing private 'revenge' images or consensual photography is a criminal act that carries a six-month jail sentence.The next day Chyna's legal team stated, "I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed." His legal team argued that he had acted out of "emotional distress."

During an interview with Good Morning America, Chyna said she felt 'betrayed' by the father of her child, revealing, "How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me and I'm like, 'Wow, OK.' Like, this is a person that I trusted, I confide in. I had felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know. I felt… betrayed."

11 WON'T: She Emotionally Abused Rob So Much He Almost Hurt Himself

Rob was clearly unstable before he fell for Chyna and the turbulent relationship between them both did not help his mental state. She would refuse his calls and text messages when he pleaded with her to be clear where they stood in their relationship, causing him to spiral out of control. The lawsuit states: "(Rob) threatened to kill himself multiple times in text messages since (him and Chyna) broke up in December 2016." Chyna said, "I take his threats seriously because he showed me his gun at his house."

Chyna's legal team also added, "In one text, Rob said, 'So I can at least die with knowing” and then followed-up with a question. In another text, Rob said, 'That's why I can't do this and it's killing me to the point where I don't even have a purpose." It's quite clear he was a man who has been pushed right to the edge.

10 WILL: The Kardashians Were Caught Being "Vindictive" On Camera

According to the lawsuit, Chyna alleges that the Kardashian-Jenners killed off her career as they were "vindictive" on their own reality show about her. The legal documents point one specific episode where the family is discussing the relationship between their brother and Chyna, revealing the couple was surrounded by "bad, unhealthy energy" due to filming Rob & Chyna together. Kim also said on the show that the couple's relationship was "unstable."

The lawsuit clearly states: "The famous family was flexing their muscles so as to destroy (Chyna's) career so that she was no longer able to compete against the Kardashian-Jenner women as an entrepreneur and social media influencer." Rob & Chyna was also produced by E! and Kris Jenner worked as an executive producer on the show which gave her a lot of influential powerful when it came to pulling the plug on season 2.

9 WON'T: They Already Blocked Her From Becoming "Angela Kardashian"

The Kardashians have already won one legal battle against Chyna and that was when they blocked her from using their famous family name. Chyna's intentions were to marry Rob (now that would have been one heck of a drama-filled wedding reception!) and then change her name legally from her real name Angela White to Angela Kardashian. It's quite clear to many people that her desire to be a Kardashian has motivated her for years.

However, the Kardashian's lawyers were having none of it and the name change did not go ahead. According to The Sun, the sisters believed their arch-nemesis was "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity of the Kardashian name." They also claimed if Chyna did become a Kardashian they would "suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill." One lawsuit down - one more to go.

8 WILL: She Already Has A Restraining Order Against Rob

Surprisingly Rob does not come across in the best light during this legal battle, especially taking into account that Chyna already has a restraining order in place against the father of her child. Chyna told the reporters gathered outside the courtroom that she would "like first and foremost to thank the judge for giving me the restraining order to protect me. Now I'm going to get back to co-parenting Dream."

Rob's legal team stated, "Our primary interest going forward for Mr. Kardashian is the health and welfare of the baby and both parents are going to work towards that goal." He is now restrained from coming near Chyna and is not allowed to post anything about her online. They continue to co-parent their daughter as a nanny will drive Dream between their two separate houses.

7 WON'T: They Expected Her To Pull Something Like This For Awhile

When the Kardashian-Jenner family first heard of the lawsuit they were named in, they must have rolled their eyes and said "told you so", as they had been expecting Chyna to pull something like this for awhile. One source close to the family told People, "It's still not shocking news. This is how they know Chyna - she is dramatic and will do everything to still be attached to the Kardashian name." Adding, "This is why they warned Rob to get involved with Chyna in the first place." 

The Kardashian-Jenner family have already made legal preparations to protect their family, as they made the former private dancer sign a non-disclosure agreement protecting their family, which reads: "(Chyna) shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employee." If she breaks the agreement then she could be looking at time spent behind bars.

6 WILL: She Can Prove They Leaked Fake Stories About Her

When Chyna fell pregnant with Rob's baby, she was ready to have her big moment and announce the news to the world. She had already dropped some unsubtle hints on Instagram but she had hopes of securing a lucrative TV deal so she could cash in on the big announcement. However, those plans were trashed when the Kardashian-Jenner family stole her limelight by leaking the news so they could promote a new season of KUWTK.

One source told Mail Online, "(Chyna) had that moment stolen from her." Another insider told Just Jared, "She would have preferred to have announced it on Mother's Day herself, but her hand was forced. Allegedly the other half of her family leaked her story. The only people that knew from Chyna's side was Amber (Rose). Her mother didn't even know. (Chyna's) moment was taken from her, which is really sad. It's the business. There's a TV show to promote." Everyone knows there's no such thing as privacy when it comes to the Kardashians.

5 WON'T: She Has Already Rinsed Rob For All His Money

Collectively, the Kardashian-Jenner family have a joint net worth of an estimated $450 million between them. Although Rob is the lowest earner of them all, he still brings home a hefty $6 million through his own business called Arthur George Socks - a luxury sock line, basically. It's not quite on the same level as the Kylie Cosmetics empire (which is estimated to be worth $1 billion by 2022) but still enough to support his then-fiancee, Chyna.

During Rob's infamous social media leak, he posted a video of Chyna undergoing surgery and stated that he had personally paid $100,000 for her to get "everything fixed" following the birth of their daughter. He ranted, "And then guess what she did after she was all healed when I was by her side the entire time. She left me and my baby which she had out of spite to get back at her other baby daddy. I can't believe u would disrespect me like this."

4 WILL: Rob Has A Long History of Disrespecting His Girlfriends

Also mentioned in the lawsuit Chyna has put forward is one episode of KUWTK where Rob visibly hits his then-girlfriend, Adrienne Bailon, as part of a prank on the show. The joke was supposed to shock Kris Jenner, which it did, but it was quite clear that Rob did not fake being physical and instead really hit her across the face. Adrienne also revealed in an interview with Latina magazine, "It's common knowledge that he cheated on me. It always bothered me that people were like, 'Why couldn't you forgive him?' If you cheated on a man, he would be like, 'You're disgusting, and I want nothing to do with you.' But women, we're supposed to be like, 'He messed up. He made a mistake.'"

Rob also shamed another ex-girlfriend, singer Rita Ora, online when he tweeted she had cheated on him with "20 dudes." Something her team fiercely denied. His abusive tweets aimed at his ex-girlfriend was so vicious that even Khloe stepped in and tweeted him begging him to stop the social media attack.

3 WON'T: Rob Claims He Can Prove She's A 'Fraud' In Court

According to one part of Rob's countersuit, he wants to prove to the world that she is nothing more than a 'fraud' who was out to fall pregnant with his child and then exploit him and his family for money. This is also the exact thing his mother and sisters had previously warned him that she would do. The section of his legal papers reads "(Chyna's) desire to pursue a relationship and have a baby with Rob was nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family without any concern of the consequences."

He also alleges that he was not the only victim in the case, as Chyna also "terrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for STIs because Kylie was dating Tyga who was the father of Chyna's first child, King Cairo." Who knows what other damning evidence will come out during this messy legal battle.

2 WILL: They Sabotaged The Success Of Chyna's 'Lashed' In Favor Of 'Kylie's Cosmetics'

Before there was Chyna vs Rob, there was Chyna vs Kylie - or more specifically, Lashed vs Kylie Cosmetics. Not only had Kylie hooked up with Chyna's baby daddy but she also launched her own cosmetic line which took the beauty industry by storm and her stock sold out within seconds online. Chyna's lawsuit alleges that Rob & Chyna was cancelled so Life of Kylie would have the center stage and result in major publicity for Kylie's brand.

Chyna has stated for years now that Kylie has been copying her style. When Chyna changed her hairstyle or wore a signature outfit, not long after Kylie would appear in an almost identical set up - so much so that is was difficult to pass this off as just coincidence. Kylie has also been named in the lawsuit so he will have to see how this one goes down.

1 WON'T: She's A Serial Cheater

Just like Rob's character will be called into question, Chyna will also have to face some awkward questions about her own personal life which has been played out over social media. Rob had previously posted a video online of Chyna locking lips with a mystery guy and he wrote the caption: "Hahahaha Chyna just sent me this video saying happy 4th of July what a crazy person. Come spend time with your daughter instead of f****** me and then this dude right after. U need help."

Rob also posted another image of a random guy in the bed he shared with Chyna and wrote, "This is the dude Chyna got caught cheating on me with. And look he texted me asking for help and said he needed money cuz he can't afford to pay Chyna's bill so that's why I pay her bills. More receipts are coming. Just yesterday Chyna sent me (an explicit photo) and everything. Never once have I cheated on Chyna and I remained loyal to her even after all the cheating she been doing and the multiple men she been (with) including me." Can we have a spare seat in court please - this is one legal battle we must watch.
