20 Former '90s Sitcom Child Stars Who Look Great Today
For anyone who grew up in the '90s, it was a big time for TV as new shows kept popping up and becoming more and more popular. This was especially true for media powerhouses like Fox, the WB and the Disney Channel where there was more demand to fill out television schedules quickly. This expanded more opportunities to create more shows that were centered around family themes. As a result, there were more TV stars that were created in the '90s more so than any other previous decade. Think way back to the days before Netflix and Hulu. People sat around more and watched these programs on regular TV and *gasp* even had to sit through commercials.
The '90s was a time where child stars kept multiplying in record numbers. The earlier millennial generation grew up watching these shows wishing we could be like some of the tween stars. Child stars get a bad reputation for becoming burnouts later in life. What doesn't get any media attention are the success stories of child stars who still are holding it together today. Here are the top 20 nineties female child stars that grew up to be drop dead gorgeous today.
20 Mila Kunis - That '70s Show
Mila Kunis is the epitome of a child star turned into a stunning starlet. She originally auditioned for the role of Jackie on That '70s Show when she was 14-years-old. When the producers asked her how old she was, she answered that she was "turning 16." In interviews, she jokingly says that she wasn't completely lying because she was going to turn 16 eventually. Clever, clever girl here.
Much to fan's delight, she eventually went on to marry Ashton Kutcher who played her longtime boyfriend, Michael Kelso, alongside her Jackie character.
Millennial boys around the globe still have crushes on her. Fun fact: she is originally from Ukraine and speaks fluent Russian. That explains where she gets her stunning Eastern European looks. No matter what role she plays, Mila Kunis will forever be known as that sassy cheerleader on That '70s Show.
19 Laura Prepon - That '70s Show
Laura Prepon has made a huge leap between first appearing as girl-next-door Donna Piniciotti on That '70s Show to female inmate Alex on Orange Is The New Black. On That '70s Show, she played a foil to Jackie (played by Mila Kunis) by her tomboyish appearance and low-key personality. Her lower voice and athletic build made caught the eye of Eric Foreman, the show's main character. Fun fact: in real life, Laura Prepon was never a natural redhead. She is a natural brunette and the show's producers made her dye her hair for that role. It seemed like she was on an acting hiatus for awhile before making an acting comeback. Recently, she has become a mother with fellow actor Ben Foster welcoming a daughter back in August.
18 Jessica Biel - 7th Heaven
We all remember that good old wholesome Christian show about a Reverend, his wife, and their big family. The show taught us values of family, community and helping your fellow neighbors. This show was the epitome of feel-good TV that your mom didn't mind if you watched too much of. Yes, that was none other than 7th Heaven.
No one could ever forget Reverend Camden's eldest daughter, Mary who was played by the fresh-faced Jessica Biel.
Her unique face and stunning features made all the schoolboys go berserk and growing up thinking, "wow, if I just went to church, then maybe I can meet someone like her."
Jessica Biel went from playing the good girl to a classic beauty who managed to snag Justin Timberlake. Jessica Biel is such a natural beauty who can pull off that no-makeup look and still be radiant. We are jealous.
17 Beverly Mitchell - 7th Heaven
Beverly Mitchell played Jessica Biel's little sister, Lucy Camden on 7th Heaven. Even though you would think that she would off limits being a preacher's daughter and all, she was boy crazy. She seemed to have a different love interest in each new episode that probably gave her daddy grey hair. She and Jessica Biel have maintained a lifelong friendship to this day and have been nothing but supportive of one another. Beverly has had some small acting roles here and there but for the most part has just appeared on talk shows as a TV personality. Since the show ended, she has wanted to shed her good girl image. She told In Touch: "I'm not the prude that I come across as on television, I actually love swearing!"
16 Melissa Joan Hart - Clarissa Explains It All
Melissa Joan Hart is better known as Sabrina The Teenage Witch where every girl in America wished she could have magical powers and a talking black cat named Salem. Before that, she was on a quirky Nickelodeon show called Clarissa Explains It All where she contemplates life's confusing lessons with a whacky perspective. Clarissa Explains It All aired early in the decade and Sabrina The Teenage Witch aired in the mid-'90s.

We watched their ups and downs in life and they all stole our hearts. We all wanted Corey and Topanga to get married and be together forever. Danielle Fishel played the stunning teenager who was the apple of Corey's eye and high school sweetheart. Af first, her hippie and free-spirited style made her a recurring character but then she became one of the show's main characters. She turned 12 the year she made her debut as Topanga just like a classic child star. Now that she has 36, she looks like she has barely aged a day. There was a spin-off series called Girl Meets World where Corey and Topanga have a daughter and the show is filmed from her perspective. That only last a few seasons, unfortunately.
14 Jodie Sweetin - Full House
Jodie Sweetin played that adorable middle child, Stephanie Tanner on Full House whose main phrase was "how rude" when someone took some slight against her. We all wished we could live in that San Francisco house with our dad being Bob Saget and Uncle Jesse and Uncle Joey always being around for entertainment. Though that show brought us so much joy in our childhoods, it is cheesy now looking back at the old episodes.
After the show went off the air, Jodie disappeared from the public eye for many years and struggled with addiction.
She began to garner negative headlines. She was 5 years old when Full House premiered so that is what happens with many child stars.
She has now made a comeback with Netflix's sequel Fuller House and appeared on Dancing With The Stars. Now at 36 years old, she now looks vibrant and vivacious.
13 Candace Cameron-Bure - Full House
We all know Candace-Cameron Bure as DJ Tanner, the eldest daughter and big sister to Stephanie and Michelle on Full House. Her character was focused on when she was going through her teenage plights. Just like her co-star, Jodie Sweetin, Candace disappeared from the spotlight to start a family with hockey player Valeri Bure and became a mother of three. She was a stay at home mom for a while before coming back into television. She came back as the same character on Fuller House and has held a regular spot on The View alongside Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters. The now 41-year-old has some candid opinions to share on that talk show and has changed her public image to that PTA soccer mom who everyone has to respect.

Tiffani Thiessen played that beautiful girl in high school who just seemed like she would be out of everyone's league. As Kelly Kapowski on Saved By the Bell, she was every teenage boy's dream girl for the entire '90s generation. She was pretty and popular - not to mention, she was also dating the cutest guy at Bayside High, Zack Morris. All the girls wanted to be her, and all the guys wanted to date her.
Not to mention she had the most stylish '90s clothes that everyone envied.
Tiffani Thiessen went on to star in some come shows and White Collar. She has also had her own cooking show, Dinner at Tiffani's on the Cooking Channel. She is also a mother of two sons. She still looking sizzling even for being in her mid-'40s.
11 Tatyana Ali - The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air
You are not a true '90s kid if you don't know the lyrics to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air when they play it around bar close. That catchy opening rap song will forever be embedded in the minds of our generation forever. Will Smith brought so much joy to our house around dinner time and the show itself tackled some serious issues while still being a comedy. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air has been considered one of the best comedies in television history. Will Smith's relationship with his cousin Ashley, played by Tatyana Ali was enduring and one of the most charming aspects of the entire show. She was 11 years old when the show premiered, and now she is 39 years old today. She looks like she is at least ten years younger than she really is.

Unlike many child stars, Michelle has found some success in Hollywood and living off of multiple syndications for the rest of her life.
She has also starred in Inspector Gadget, Ice Princess, 17 Again, Weeds and Killing Kennedy. Though she might not be landing any huge roles lately, she has a steady stream of small roles that keep the dough rolling in consistently. Good for her!
9 Sarah Chalke - Roseanne
The sitcom that illustrated a demographic of non-glamorous midwesterners was none other than Roseanne. It focused on the working blue-collar class family that actually seemed realistic, not to mention funny if you don't come from a big city. At 17 years old when Roseanne premiered, Sarah Chalke replaced Lecy Goranson as Becky's character so that she could attend college and take a break from acting. That was a controversial move at the time among fans but Sarah Chalke went on to have a successful acting career after Roseanne. She went on to star in major roles in Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother, and voiced her role in Rick and Morty. She is now 41 years old today and seems like one of the most relatable actresses in the business today.

Back when Bill Cosby's name was not surrounded by controversy, he was an all-American dad who as adored and respected. The Cosby Show was a pivotal point in history for African-Americans and the first mainstream show that wasn't whitewashed. Though it was mainly associated with the '80s, it still had its good run until 1992.
Keshia Knight Pulliam was cast as the youngest daughter and was one of the most adorable little girls in the history of television.
After the Cosby Show ended its long reign, Keshia struggled to land roles and maintain an acting career like many child actors. She eventually broke that streak and landed the main role in Tyler Perry's House of Payne. Now at 39 years old, she still has that baby face.
7 Tia & Tamara Mowry - Sister, Sister
Tia and Tamera Mowry were chosen to play the lead roles in Sister, Sister specifically because they were identical twins and they had a charisma that no one could match. The girls were cast as characters who were separated at birth from one another. By coincidence, they stumble into each other during their teen years with adoptive parents who come together to be a family unit. In a nutshell, this plot followed the Parent Trap but just in TV show form. Since then, Tia has become a reality TV star while Tamera has shied away from the spotlight. They were 15 years old when the show first premiered and are 39 years old today. Just last month, it was announced that Sister, Sister was getting a reboot by Steve Harvey on his talk show.
6 Madeline Zima - The Nanny
Madeline Zima is now a striking brunette who has some slight resemblance to Anne Hathaway. Back in the '90s, she played little Grace on The Nanny who was watched over by the show's main character, Fran. Fran (played by Fran Drescher) was remembered by her nasally voice and Brooklyn accent that people found irritating yet endearing at the same time. The show lasted for a good six seasons about a woman who becomes a caretaker of three kids and gets entangled in the life of their father.
She was 8 years old when the show made its debut and is now 38 years old even though she looks much younger!
Madeline Zima hasn't done too much with her acting career but has gone on to nab some small roles here and there.
5 Bianca Lawson - Saved By The Bell: The New Class
So the original Saved By the Bell was such a hit that there was a spin-off called Saved By the Bell: The New Class that was created for television. Bianca Lawson played one of the main characters in that series in the first two seasons. The show underwent some drastic cast changes trying to differentiate itself from the original show that it spun off from. Bianca Lawson played Megan Jones on the show and managed to land many teenage roles well into her thirties. For over 17 years, she starred on shows like Dawson's Creek, Sister, Sister, Pretty Little Liars, and The Secret Life of Teenagers. Fun fact: she is the step-daughter of Tina Knowles, making her a step-sister to Beyoncé and Solange Knowles. Looks like talent runs in the family.
4 Natalia Cigliuti - Saved By The Bell: The New Class
The second former cast member of the sitcom Saved by the Bell: The New Class to appear on this list, Natalia Cigliuti was also a major part of that show's first two seasons but stuck around for the third season as well.
It looks like this was one spin-off that was actually moderately successful while the majority of them are not.
People just couldn't get enough of Saved By the Bell. After playing the role of Lindsay Warner, she went on land other acting roles. This included a soap opera role in All My Children as well as other shows like Odd Man Out and Raising the Bar. She was 15 years old when the show first premiered and now she is 39, the years have been kind to her.
3 Jurnee Smollett-Bell - On Our Own
This curly-haired beauty was on a show that was unique, even for the '90s. Jurnee Smollett-Bell played Jordee Jerrico on On Our Own. The show was about a man named Ralph Louis Harris in his main role but it had sub-plots about his six real-life siblings. After starring on that show, she has received a lot of success in artsy, independent films. She even won a Critic's Choice Award for her work in the 1997 independent drama, Eve's Bayou. The Parent 'Hood starred Robert Townsend who was arguably one of the funniest figures from the '90s. The show lasted a good five seasons in the mid and late '90s.

This was a true testament to how many viewers that the series garnered. Her career started to dwindle down after the show was off the air, but she still lent her voice on some roles here and there. She landed a voice role in the Seth McFarlane series, The Cleveland Show where she played the part of character Roberta Tubbs. She was 15 years old when The Parent 'Hood premiered and she is 37 years old today.
1 Kaitlin Cullum - Grace Under Fire
Grace Under Fire depicted another midwest working-class family much like Roseanne and was popular for a long time. That is until the show's main character, Brett Butler, started obtaining negative headlines in the press causing the show to come to a premature end even though it was a popular show. Though the show has been forgotten as an ambiguous '90s show, Kaitlin Cullum was cast as Grace's adorable curly-haired daughter that warmed the hearts of the viewers. Her freckles and angelic face softened up the show's rough topics that it dealt with and before she knew it, she was already out of work as a little kid. She was 7 years old at the time of the show's air and now she is a 31-year-old blonde bombshell.
