We honestly thought these adorable famous child stars would turn out to be beautiful or handsome adults, but they did not. We all go through an awkward phase at some point, and it seems like some of these stars never left the phase. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so everyone's going to have a different opinion, but surely we can all agree that some of these celebrities are not as attractive as we hoped like Macaulay Culkin for example.
